A study published in this month’s British Journal of Psychiatry can help persuade your decision onm how much candy you want to offer and eat this halloween. Researchers from Cardiff University in Wales,  questioned whether eating sweets in childhood has any longterm effects on adult behavior—specifically aggressive behavior.  Among the 17.5K participants in the study, those who as kids were eating sweets every day were much more likely to have been convicted for violent behavior at age 34 than those who didn’t eat sweets daily.
