Lunch – with salad options, it’s always best to ask for red wine vinegar and olive oil on the side. Many dressings are loaded w/ inflammatory fats. As well, a lot of café like options don’t give more than 3-4 ounces of protein. Therefore have some nuts to pair with your meals and/or if the carbs are light, have some portable fruit.

  • Freshii – Cobb salad, Fiesta salad Superbiotic salad or Metaboost salad – no corn, edamame and dressing on the side + protein. Warrior Bowl + protein and – corn and dressing. Red Power Juice or Green Energy Juice. Another option is to make a custom salad w/ some of the clean offered ingredients and protein.
  • Au Bon Pain – Soups – Portuguese Kale (okay soup options = 12 veggie and Southwest Tortilla). Salads – Chicken Coob and Avo, Turkey Apple Brie, and Tuna Garden. Snack – mixed nuts.
  • Saprofina – Samantha Salad (no croutons), Italian Chef Salad, Mediterranean Salad + protein, Italian Cobb, Mixed Breens + protein. Their salad protein options include grassfed beef and Alaskan salmon. Their other salad meat options are raised without antibiotics; all great things.
  • Burrito Beach – any of the meat-based bowl salads.
