Nutrition Consults and Private Coaching

I’ve been really fortunate to work with a few new clients in the past month. I work with people from all different lifestyles. Some are busy moms, some are busy execs, a few are athletes, and some just want a little direction losing weight.

I work with people in a few ways:

Food Journal Evaluation: Probably the most important tool to eating right and losing weight. No two people are alike because no two people eat exactly the same. I have a Rule of Threes approach. Every week I have my clients shift three different things in their diet. Weight loss is consistent and long lasting.

Phone coaching: I have several packages available to fit any budget. I work with clients anywhere from twice weekly to once monthly.

Private in-home training: I usually meet with people one to three times a week. We work on exercises that dramatically change physiques. I love watching the change int he way my clients look and feel after they start getting control over the way they look.

Beach bootcamp: New to my roster of services, and running through early fall is a semi-private beach bootcamp. I work with you and up to three of your friends in the great outdoors of Chicago – preferably close to the beaches of Lake Michigan. Are you up for it?
