More on Popular Ways to Eat

There was a recent article on top diets published in the US News & World Reports and I must say I almost fell off my chair when reading the recommendations. I think most of you know I am fan of a grain free, legume free and low dairy diet and the Paleo Diet fell pretty low, if not dead last, on most of the diet rankings.

The thing is if you look at the public’s comments on this news, all people that suggest which diet works best for them in regards to cardio health, diabetes, weight loss, etc, the paleo diet has the highest percentage of success long and short-term. I am not (or I will try not) to criticize the editors and committee who came up with this list but I will just say – Paleo Diet – do it for 30 days and you will not turn back BECAUSE your body will not want you to and you mood, energy and overall feel will be optimized when eating this wholesome way.

Cheers to you and good health!
