Whipped Cottage Cheese

Easy, high-protein and high nutrition meal

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (organic, full fat)
  • 1/4 cup berries of choice (fresh, or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts or seeds
  1. Blend the cottage cheese in a personal blender or food processor for 2-3 minutes

  2. Top the creamy mixture with fruit and nuts.
