Is it a debate choosing what to eat when it’s late?

I am back on the wagon – watching what I eat and getting my behind out of bed early enough to get in a hard workout. Last night after being motivated by my favorite show, “The Biggest Loser,” I found myself searching for something nutrient rich and calorie friendly for a night time snack. To my surprise I ended up with something amazing and a must share.

When you find yourself yearning for a big bowl of ice cream or a bag of cookies in the evening, give this treat a try and let me know how satisfied you find yourself in the end.

  • 1 container of 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet of no sugar added Swiss Miss hot cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon of shavyogurted almonds

Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy.

Have a healthy and fit day!
