This is the first of many “Friday Fun’s,” and what this is, is it is a short post addressing something humorous or happy. So for this Friday Fun start the weekend with:

“Don’t sweat the small stuff.”

And by this I mean do not get hung up on the the happy hour drinks you may be having with co-workers or friends or the whip cream you have on your latte at brunch over the weekend. Relax, enjoy yourself, I am sure it’s been a long week and aim to have fun without stressing over a few treats.

We so often have high expectations for ourselves and sometimes those expectations do more harm than good. If you aim to be your best, do things that bring out the best in you, you will naturally live a healthier lifestyle.

Don’t sweat the small stuff, and go have some fun.
